As part of our fabrics dyeing, we have beam dyers. These machines will only operate if there is sufficient length and depth of fabrics . We have determined the minimum meterage required for fabrics to be successfully beam dyed. There is always the risk, that with beam dyeing, while giving crease-free dyeing of fabrics , that ‘white edges’ may appear, for which Bulace will not be responsible for.
Please ensure that you allow for a possible loss of 5cm either side of fabrics for the length of the dyeing. Our fabric widths for this process, are fabrics between 90cm – 200cm in width. For any fabrics not appropriate for beam dyeing, a winch method will be used. This does increase your risk of creasing of fabrics , for which Bulace will not be responsible for.
